Returns

We absolutely want you to love your Bright Blossom Bag purchase. 

So please email us mel@brightblossombags.com if you have any concerns about a product you have purchased from us. 

We accept refunds or exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. Please keep in mind that many of our items are handmade and will vary from each shipment we receive. This particularly applies to the fabrics and cross stitching on our pouches and mini pouches made by the Hmong hill tribes.

Most of the pom poms are hand sewn on your clutch so just treat them gently.

Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of your order being received. 

Of course if you just don't like what you have purchased we will happily refund you. You will just have to send back your item to us at your expense and once returned in original condition we can refund back to your account. Please email mel@brightblossombags.com to arrange.
